Kenyatta university has produced half of kenya's top models

Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology  (JKUAT) students rioted a week ago. They were protesting the school hospital’s negligence that had claimed the life of a student.
In the pandemonium that ensued, the irate students broke into the school lab where they made away with rabbits and herbs set aside for a research project. A number of students sustained injuries and are still recuperating from a thrashing they got from cops summoned from the nearby Juja police station.
While the melee was going down, students from Kenyatta university were in school. Deeply engrossed in their studies. As if to cement a win over the the two contesting universities,  Kenyatta University  city campus has organised  Mr and Miss KU . An event set to go  down on Friday, March 18 2016.
A common joke passed between the two universities has KU students calling JKUAT, “Juja Boys”. The origin of the joke stems from the low population of women enrolling for courses in JKUAT.The event will see 20 models take to the runway to battle it out for 2016’s best. The event will be moderated by comedian Chipukeezy Kenyatta University city campus has produced some of Kenya’s feted models.
